Dear auction participants, KOREM JSC recommends the following procedures before entering the Electronic trading system (hereinafter referred to as ETS) in order to avoid problems with submitting applications at auction:

- maximally unload the computer's RAM from other processes while participating in the auction;

- verify that your Internet connection is stable;

- enter your account details in ETS (e-mail and password) using the keyboard;

- use the latest (updated) versions of the following Internet browsers:

 Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge;

- clean your Internet browser history (images and other files saved in the cache);

- open ETS in an Internet browser and log in to your account using only one tab;

- do not use third-party software for automatic submission of applications to ETS;

- use antivirus software with updated virus signatures databases.
